Obtained with 100% Nebbiolo grapes from the historically renowned cru at S.Stefano di Perno, this Barolo has soon asserted its first rate class.


Tasting Notes

After fermentation at controlled temperature for 3 weeks on contact with grape skins, the wine is aged in wood for 3 years and refined in bottle for no less than 12 months.


Technical Notes

Vinification
It is characterized by a rich bouquet with persistent scents and by an intense ruby red color. Its flavor is complete and well balanced.
