Obtained exclusively from Montalbera's Ruche marc, from vineyards more than 20 years old. No olfactory element is lost through the process, as it is vinified in special tanks. It can be enjoyed at any time of the day and perfectly paired with chocolate. The grapes used to make the Grappa di Ruche are extremely limited and makie it a truly indulgent grappa.
