Colour
Deep red in colour.
Nose
Fragrances of ripe plum, violets and cherries.
Palate
The palate displays a balance of alcohol, fine acidity and polished tannins. Initial flavours of dark cherries, chocolate then cedar lead to a savoury finish.
Service
Serve between 14 and 18°C
Food Pairing
Serve with filled pasta like cannelloni with a tomato based sauce.

Teramo, 350 metres above sea level.
Vinification
Criomaceration on the skins for 8-10 hours at 5-6C . Alcoholic fermentation is performed in stainless steel at 14-16C
Ageing
Spends 10 months aging in new French oak.
