The Tramin Chardonnay wine with the Alto Adige DOC denomination is produced by the modern Tramin winery, a cooperative viticulture reality that is an expression of the traditional local culture with a rural vocation. The wine comes from 100% Chardonnay grapes, a white grape variety grown in the hilly foothill vineyards in the area of ​​Termeno and surroundings. The variegated texture of the predominantly calcareous soil substrates, the significant temperature changes throughout the day, the lake influences and the presence of the mountains define a complex terroir, which finds its synthesis in an elegant and balanced wine. The grapes are harvested by hand, collected in small containers to preserve the integrity of the bunch and immediately processed by soft pressing. The vinification of the Tramin Chardonnay takes place entirely in small stainless steel vats, starting from the fermentation, with only a small malolactic part, up to the aging for three or four years. The result is a harmonious, soft wine with intense fruity notes, persistent and with a good structure on the palate. A wine that never tires, perfect for aperitifs or to accompany first courses, including fish.

This exceptional wine from the Tramin winery, is famous in the Sudtirol - Alta Adige area , boasts the DOC certification and the Moscato Rose grapes vinified in purity, they benefit from the beneficial influences of the frequent rains that invest the geographical area, of the mild temperatures. Characteristics that allow the vines grown with the classic gujot system to better face the summer season. The wine expresses itself with aromatic notes of excellence, with an intense freshness and a refinement that only a few wines are able to express. The Moscato Rosa vineyards of the Tramin winery are located in Ronchi, a hamlet of Termeno in Trentino Alto Adige, stand on hills up to 250 meters above sea level and the soil conformation is mainly clayey with limestone. Cantina Tramin, in describing their sublime Violentin Moscato use the following poem "Will raise the desire to find the sky,to prepare your dreams of juicy garnet. Cantina Tramin's Alto Adige Stoan DOC is a unique wine of its kind reflecting the complexity and potential of our region. It is a lively blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Gewürztraminer, born from the creativity of seasoned winemakers.

The Stoan white wine cuvée from the Tramin winery not only combines the best grape varieties in South Tyrol, but also all the skills of the winegrowers and the cellar master in a sophisticated and complex cuvée. The grapes ripen at altitudes of up to 600 meters and are gently pressed immediately after harvest. The must then ferments slowly and in a controlled manner in wooden barrels and is only clarified by natural sedimentation. The Cuvée Stoan then matures for ten months in wooden barrels with constant contact with the yeast and after bottling for a further three months in the bottle.

The bouquet of the light golden-yellow Cuvée Stoan is elegant and complex: over fruity aromas of peach, apricot, pear and elder we find notes of kumquat and white flowers. With a little air, hints of spices, jasmine and mimosa follow. On the palate with animating game of lush fruit like pineapple, banana and pear with accents of green peppers, tomato leaves and citrus zest. In the background a delicate creamy mineral melt.

The Blauburgunder from Cantina Tramin is a dry, elegant red wine from South Tyrol, which is also called Pinot Nero or Pinot Noir, i.e. Pinot Noir, in other parts of the world. The wine smells of wild berries, raspberries and red plums and some cherries. The Cantina Tramin Pinot Noir has a velvety soft texture with fine-grained tannins. It is delicate and lively.

The Gewürztraminer from Cantina Tramin comes into the glass with a powerful straw yellow colour, a result of the reddish colored berries of the Gewürztraminer. This white wine from South Tyrol has an incomparable spectrum of aromas. Aromas of lychee, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg, as well as tropical fruits fill the nose.On the palate, the South Tyrolean Gewürztraminer from Cantine Terlan is wonderfully opulent, balanced and beautifully dry. Despite its fullness, it dances nimbly over the tongue and knows how to present its aromatic complexity in an excellent way.The grapes for the Tramin Gewürztraminer grow on slopes between 300-450 meters on limestone, loamy to gravelly loamy soil. After the hand picking, the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks at 21°C. During the subsequent expansion, the biological acid conversion is specifically avoided so that this Traminer retains as much fruit acid as possible.

Nussbaumer is Italy’s most awarded Gewürztraminer. A wine where the elegance and spicy aromatics of this ancient variety find their maximum expression. This Alto Adige Gewürztraminer Nussbaumer is produced from vineyards with an average age of 40 years at an altitude of 350-500 meters. After a short maceration on the skins, the fermentation and aging takes place in steel for a total period of 14 months. It has a beautiful straw yellow with golden reflections. The wine has the typical notes of rose and lychee with hints of passion fruit and a light lemon citrus. It can evolve further for other years and complete the already complete bouquet. Full and voluminous with a good spicy and mineral note. It is an excellent companion for an aperitif perhaps with fish-based appetizers.
