The Zenato Valpolicella Classico Superiore is produced from a blend of corvina, rondinella, sangiovese, and molinara grapes sourced in Negrar, Sant’Ambrogio, Pedemonte, Fumane, San Pietro in Cariano, all coomunes in the province of Verona. An elegant almond-scented bouquet, classicly Valpolicella. Shows dry and full-flavoured, with an excellent, velvet-contoured structure.

This wine is closely connected to the greatest wine of Valpolicella: Amarone. After pressing the dried grapes from which Amarone is made, the Valpolicella wine is passed over the still warm marc of Amarone. A second alcoholic fermentation begins which increases the alcoholic content and the wine becomes richer in colour, bouquet and body.

The Zenato Amarone Classico Riserva Sergio Zenato DOCG presented seemed with aromas of the nose cooked sour cherries, wild berries, cedar wood and a subtle caramel note. On the palate, the Zenato Amarone Classico Riserva Sergio Zenato DOCG is voluminous, with a beautiful fullness and fine-grained tannins with great potential that are already integrated and support the structure. Full-bodied with a long, rich finish.

Soave Classico Zenato is a not too heavy, elegant dry white wine, which lends itself very well to many occasions. Soave has been one of the most famous white wines in Italy for years. This wine enjoys this reputation mainly due to its good and usually constant quality. The grapes for the Zenato Soave Classico all come from that part of the province of Verona that is limited to 13 named municipalities, including Soave. Only in these municipalities are grapes grown, which have been registered for planting since ancient times. The wine is made from 30% Trebbiano and 70% Garganega. With its attractive fruit aromas supported by a fresh and lively acidity, this Soave tastes great on a terrace in the sun, but also certainly goes well with a tasty salad or a light fish dish.
