The Cannonau di Sardegna Costera is a sardinian red wine born from a selection of Cannonau, Bovale and Carignano grapes located in the Tenta Sisini with calcareous-clayey soils. After the malolactic fermentation which is carried out in vitrified concrete, a subsequent refinement in small oak barrels follows for about 10 months and a subsequent short refinement in the bottle. Intense ruby ​​in color, the nose is vinous, with fruity notes and delicate spicy hints. In the mouth it is a round wine, with never preponderant tannins and a discreet freshness that makes it very balanced.

Turriga Isola dei Nuraghi is the top of the range of the Argiolas winery, it simply represents the bottled terroir. The vineyards are grown on the estate in the countryside of Selegas, the soil is stony and calcareous and the climate is decidedly Mediterranean with rather mild winters and hot and breezy summers. These particular characteristics give the indigenous Cannonau grapes the maximum elegance and harmony that can be found in the glass. An excellent wine born from the expert hand of Giacomo Tachis, one of the most famous winemakers in the world. In the glass it shows a ruby red color with garnet reflections and is revealed with a refined complex olfactory process. Delicious fruity aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry jam, mixed with inviting aromas of roasting and blond tobacco and balsamic hints of eucalyptus and notes of fern, combined with hints of marine scrub. A bouquet that opens to a rich, almost palpable sip, with an elegantly crafted tannin. A sumptuous wine to be enjoyed with delicious meats; it is advisable to try it in combination with a tasty fillet with porcini, or with a slice of aged caciocavallo podolico.

After the harvest, and a soft pressing of the grapes, a slow vinification begins in steel vats and then completes the refinement in barrique.Rich in typical aromas and flavors, the Angialis passito wine by Argiolas has a straw yellow color, accompanied by intense and Mediterranean aromas. The Perdera wine of the Argiolas winery is made with Monica di Sardegna vineyards which have the DOC certification. The soil has clay and limestone with light slopes, a windy and sunny exposition and good rains. The climate is the Mediterranean. There is a fermentation at 27-28°C for 8-10 days with a moderate extraction of phenol substances. There is a period in cement and then in French oak barrels. It has a charged and intense ruby red color with bright purple hints and a good consistence. The smell is winy with red flowers and fruits aromas such as cherry and red currant together with delicate spicy ones. The taste is bodied and dry, soft and fresh, with kind tannins. It is balanced, fine and persistent.
